countryside prepares for winter… then a heatwave

Well as usual we are really busy and dealing with lifes ups and downs. Things are rather up in the air at the moment and those of my close followers will know I mean Chinnooks!

in parts of this month I have felt it was heading so soon for winter and we decided that with the wet warm winters of the last two years, it was time to build the barn we achieved planning for in 2014. time in farming marches relentlessly and we always have to plan ahead but so does Mother Nature… see for yourself… note not all taken on our farm!
